Returns, Exchanges or Canceled Orders:

1. Any returns or exchanges, subject to our approval, shall take place within seven days of the date of purchase. All returns, shall be subject to exchange for another product or store credit only. Under no circumstances, shall any exchange or return be granted due to buyer's remorse or a change of mind. Please choose carefully. Under no circumstances shall any refund be made in a monetary manner. Any canceled order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping:

1. Items purchased through this website will normally be shipped within five business days. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery from time of purchase. At times, this time frame may be expanded due to circumstances beyond our control. Items will be shipped, when feasible, USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail or parcel post, at your, the customers, direction. Items that are too large or too heavy for USPS, will be shipped UPS ground. Willie's Rubbins, LLC does not and will not profit from the shipping cost. We will in fact, ship under the customer's account, when possible, to save the customers much as possible on shipping.

2. All international shipments will be made via USPS Priority Mail International. In the case of larger items being shipped internationally, the buyer will be responsible for securing and coordinating the shipper of their choice. Said Shippers shall also be responsible for packaging these items. Willie's Rubbins, LLC is not responsible, and will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any damage to any items that are shipped internationally. International buyers to do so on their own accord and at their own exposure.

3. Any and all claims for damages arising during shipping must be made immediately upon receipt of said damaged goods. Any items over $50 US, will be insured for the full amount. In the best interest of the customer, we shall initiate and execute all claims for damaged goods. The customer is required to hold damaged goods for inspection by the shipper if needed. Damaged items, under normal circumstances, are not to be returned. These items will become the property of the shipper. If not required by the shipper, customer will dispose of or do what he or she sees fit with the item. Under no circumstances, are these items to be returned to Willie's Rubbins, LLC. Any fraud committed for shipping damage will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Upon the completion of an insurance claim, and approval of such claim by the insurer and its company, a full refund for the item will be issued. This is the only exception of our no refund policy.

Pricing:

1. All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax. All payments shall be made in US dollars.

All Prices, Policies and Terms are current as of 03/05/2012 however, all Prices Policies and Terms are subject to change without notice.

Any and all legal discrepancies shall be governed by US law and specifically by the laws of the state of South Carolina. All legal claims, if any, will be made in the court systems of the state of South Carolina.
