I met Willie at the Shiraz's Summer of Riesling in Athens, GA last month. We stopped by the booth for a sandwich and talked about a bloody mary mix that was in the works. After tasting the sample on hand I commented on how much I liked it. Later on, Willy came up to me and gave me a bottle of the mix. "Thank you!" I saved it for a weekend that I knew we'd have great bloody mary critics on hand (myself included) and EVERYONE said the same thing and asked the same thing; "That's the BEST bloody mary I've ever had" followed by "what all did you put in this drink" hinting at my obvious genius. When I told them the only thing I added was vodka...well, you should have seen their collective faces! lol So, a chorus arises from Athens, Ga shouting for the very best bloody mary mix EVER to be in stores! :) Please make it soon....

First, let me say that I have never been a fan of pork rinds. They stuck in my throat in a gooey, fatty mass. My husband is the pork rind fan. HOWEVER, you have converted me to being a fan of your pork rinds. I made them for my husband and, naturally, tasted them before I served them as I do everything. Yours are delicious, light, crunchy, and definitely not fatty. Thank you for making such a great product. Please do not sell it to someone who will ruin it.

I meant to tell you – we are absolutely hooked on this stuff! Jim does most all of the cooking, and he rarely makes any meat dish without it. We had steaks last night and they were awesome! The only seasoning he used was Willie’s Hog Dust. Yum, yum.

When you have time could you bring a big bottle of the regular and spicy by the bank for me to buy? My sweet husband just asked me where it was.....oops!! I forgot I was supposed to ask you for it weeks ago!!

Gotta' tell you we used Willie's Hog Dust on some grilled pork chops last night and it was AWESOME!!! Pork was great and the taste fantastic! We bought some at King Feed - Your Friendly Feed Store during one of their markets in the winter! Just fired up the grill the other day to try it ... YUMMMM!!!

Finally tried the BBQ sauce. It was great. Cooked my pork in the rub and put the BBQ sauce on my plate. It was delicious with my saffron rice and cabbage.

I got a bottle of your BBQ sauce last week. Dale cooked ribs on the grill yesterday. TWT said you thought it was too hot, and neither Dale nor I like hot sauces, but we loved it. The flavor was great. We both agreed the ribs were better than usual, and they have always been pretty darn good. We didn't think it was too hot or too spicy. Hope we'll be able to find it in stores in this area.
