New like from the neighboring big town of Pinewood! I'm Lynn from Southern With A Twist. I bought your Hog Dust from the Pig Wednesday and made Baby Back Ribs last night. I posted a blog about them and your seasoning. I thought you might want to take a look! Good Stuff!

Sprinkel Willies on pork loin Then Vacuum seal with butter & drop in sous vide hot tub @ 140 until done. Open bag drain Jus & refrigerate Skim fat off of pig jelly. Carmelize some onion slice the loin & sprinkle slices w/more hog dust then place in pan w/onions & jus/jelly to heat. Then serve on a baguette w/ mayo & Dijon. Incredible pork chop sandwich

My wife tried your product at the "Christmas Show" in Charlotte last year and I got to say WOW. We love using it to make dip and we tried it on a couple of steaks tonight. Please keep up the great work.

We have used Willie's Hog Dust on fish, steak, pork, shrimp and our veggies, it adds so much more flavor than you can imagine.

While shopping at Whole Foods in Greenville, SC, I came across Willie doing a food demo. Both the rub and skins were fabulous! He said that I could use the rub on almost anything I cook. He was right. His seasoning is a staple in my cabinet and is now my go-to spice. Everytime i use it, I get rave reviews on the food. Everyone wants to know what seasoning I used. I am sorry to say that I don't tell them, as I want this to be my little secret! Great job and I can't wait to try some of your other products.
